Ready to ship wigs are dispatched the day of purchase. All other custom wigs and are shipped within<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>3-4 weeks<\/strong>\u00a0of purchase.\u00a0<\/span>If you don\u2019t see a wig from the listed products. Please email a custom request and we will make the wig for you. Please include in your email a picture of the style you\u2019d like and describe the length.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

You can claim the\u00a0<\/span>VAT<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>back<\/strong>\u00a0on your wig purchase (currently at 20%) if you have Alopecia, are receiving chemotherapy, are chronically ill or have any other disabling condition and you are a resident of the United Kingdom.\u00a0<\/span>VAT relief<\/strong>\u00a0can be applied on multiple wig purchases. For eg, if you brought 2 wigs, you can claim the vat for both, and would need to send fill out and send back two forms. You need to fill out the form and send back within\u00a0<\/span>7 days<\/strong> of making your wig purchase(s).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

VAT exception is\u00a0<\/span>ONLY<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>available for residents of the\u00a0<\/span>United Kingdom<\/strong>. It is illegal to make a false claim, so please be mindful of this when filling out the form and claiming the VAT relief.<\/p>\n
