Due to the custom nature of our wigs and for hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds. However, in the very rare event that a wig is found to be faulty or not fit for purpose, we will always work with you to find a fair and reasonable solution.

If you’re unhappy with your purchase for other reasons, we recommend reselling the wig independently. Our prices are significantly lower than typical market rates, making resale both quick and worthwhile.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we recommend re-selling the wig yourself. Our niche is that we provide wigs at much better value than the market, so reselling your wig will be quick and easy.
