Because of this, and due to hygiene standards, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on any wig purchases. We hope you understand: as a small business, each sale directly supports our team and our craft, and every wig is made with care, just for you.

That said, we stand firmly behind our quality. If there’s ever an issue with your order due to an error on our part, please get in touch – we’ll do everything we can to make it right.

If you decide to part with your wig for any personal reason, we recommend trusted reselling platforms such as @tradingtresses and @silkorlace on Instagram, where you can list both new and gently worn wigs for resale within a community of wig lovers.

All orders (unless stated “READY TO SHIP“) will be shipped within time frame given at top of shop page. Ready to Ship wigs are shipped same working day as purchase.
