Due to the custom nature of the wigs and sanitary reasons, we cannot accept any refunds. In the very rare case that the wig is deemed unfit for purpose, we will certainly honour a refund. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we recommend re-selling the wig yourself. Our niche is that we provide wigs at much better value than the market, so reselling your wig will be quick and easy.
